Wicla

It is called Wicla. It is an urban three wheels bike made of wood, with a cork seat and electric motor. It is a tricycle developed by a group of students who attended the master’s degree in Integrated Design of the Viana do Castelo Polytechnic Institute. It weighs 38 kg and is designed to be a sustainable urban tricycle and an alternative to the classic bike. The saddle of Wicla is made of cork to provide the rider, according to the mentors of the project, with extra comfort.
